Rob is the consummate professional and has deep knowledge about the Greenwich market, the purchase and sale process, as well as vast familiarity with the network of brokers he negotiates with. Rob assisted me in the sale of two properties, a townhouse and a larger back country home. He placed the same level of care on both properties, smaller and larger, and his entire team did an A+ job positioning the properties for sale. In both instances we had a competitive bidding process that led to above asking sale prices. I would recommend Rob and his team highly for brokerage in Greenwich.

Were to begin? Rob is hands-down absolutely the best broker we have ever worked with! We have bought and sold 4 apartments in NYC, and 5 homes in the Hamptons and finally Greenwich. Our last experience with Rob in Greenwich is, undoubtably, not only a successful sale, but also a wonderful experience. Dealing with Rob and his team is an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of the market, marketing skills and sales ability is unequaled. Rob does not “show” houses: he understands the sellers needs, motivations and desires and puts together a package that incorporates it all. Rob is the ultimate professional. We spent a year looking at various price points and neighborhoods in Greenwich. Rob remained patient and was committed to finding us the property that was a perfect match (never once did he try to "sell" us on a property). We were introduced to a number of "insider" deals ahead of formal listings as Rob is very plugged into the market. It was also clear that other agents respected and liked dealing with Rob. We found our perfect match in Belle Haven and Rob expertly guided us through the negotiations and gave insight into where best to continue to invest in the property to maximize future value and utility.

Great experience. Would recommend without hesitation. Gives expert unbiased advice. Rob was effective at understanding our taste in houses and helping us narrow the search and saving us time. During the search, he was direct with us on the pros/cons of each property. He was helpful on the amount of and cost of additional work around each property based what he thought we would want to upgrade. Additionally as we moved through the process he was a wealth of knowledge on each step of the way.
