River is the best. He was excellent when he helped me buy my home and even better with the sale, which was harder for me. He was a great partner getting me through the process - he talked me through everything, answered every question patiently, and really made an effort to alleviate the home selling stress that I had. He went the extra mile in every step in the process from our initial meetings to guiding me through some home improvements, and all throughout the nuts & bolts of the sale process. He's a pleasure to work with, always honest & direct, helpful, and very knowledgable. I trust him completely and have already recommended him to my local friends & family. River is an exceptional real estate agent that made an otherwise stressful process go seamlessly and timely. His knowledge of the market allowed for us to list our home at a time where we experienced competitive offers and were able to accept well over asking price. We cannot say enough great things about River! My wife and I were first-time homebuyers this year, so we were new to everything in the process about buying a home. Working with River made us feel very at ease about all the stresses of homebuying, especially during a tough market time when it was very easy to get frustrated on a daily basis. During a period when homes were flying off the market at crazy fast speeds and extremely competitive prices, River helped us find several homes that despite our unique and nit-picky checklist, checked all of our boxes. Once we found homes that interested us, he was always available to help us go see them very quickly. We ALWAYS felt like he had time for us. Another thing we appreciated about River is how honest he always was. Without going into details, River did not want us nor did he allow us to waste any time on any homes during the process. We truly felt like River had our back throughout this entire process. Since working with River, we settled in a great home at a perfect location in Central Jersey that checked all of our boxes! Now, River isn't just our realtor, he is also our friend.
