Definitely Hire!!! Rick and his team were outstanding! I was selling my duplex, and I hired Rick due to his knowledge in the rental business. He did not disappoint! The listing was challenging only due to the management company I had when I listed the property for sale. Everything else went very smoothly. Rick's experience in this field was immensely helpful, which allayed much of my stress and concerns. It was slow at first, but after an open house I got two offers on my duplex in one day, and one of them was a full price offer! After I accepted that offer, the team stepped up their game and negotiated some additional favorable terms. I couldn't be any happier on the deal, and we closed on time! Cassidy and Vanessa rocked! Everyone was receptive, hardworking and easy to get a hold of. I never had to wait for a phone call or not know what was going on at any time. I would definitely hire Rick and his team!! They truly are agents you want in your corner!

Rick Ott and his team was a pleasure to have working for me. Because of them I sold my house in record time, at price I was happy with. They stayed on top of everything and made sure anything that came up was handled. The sale went off without any issues.

Kelley and Vanessa were phenomenal to work with. From a military member on a short notice to PCS, they made magic happen. Any issues that came up, like repairs, etc. They were prompt in getting to the solutions. We were successfully able to close on the sale of our home earlier than expected and move onto our new location. Definitely recommend the Ott Group!

Rick Ott and his team at Homestead Real Estate are hands down phenomenal! They communicate effectively, they are professional, and they have so much experience that they know exactly what to do when there is a hiccup. If there is an issue with extra inspections, paperwork…you name it…they call right away with the information and the solution so there’s no confusion or delay. Rick sold our first home and found us our second home. The first house was pending sale in one day! He listened to exactly what we needed and made it happen. He had contacts to take care of anything that came up. For moving being as stressful as it is, Rick had his team take on most of the details for us. Zero complaints on working with them! Without hesitation, we had Rick list our second home. He came to the house with a binder of all the comparable listings, data on current market trends, and thoroughly explained what to expect as far as a timeline and pricing. We were pending sale in 10 days! Go through Homestead for all your real estate needs! You will not be disappointed.
