Initially, I had high hopes for this company. They claim to save you the conventional realtor fees, which is very enticing. Don't list with them!!!!! The lack of professionalism was astounding. From my first contact, to the time I almost listed with Rick and his daughter was littered with signs of a bogus company. I ignored the warning signs hoping to save money, but I should have known better. They refuse to answer their phones and when they did, they change their names and act like a collection company was calling them. They never answered with a business name and acted like they had no idea I was calling a realtor company. That should have been a clue!!! When I asked them about the lack of professionalism, they hung up on me. Don't be fooled by Rick's slick talk. Stay away from this company or whatever it is!!!!

We moved from California to Montana. This is not an easy move to make from out of state. Rick was wonderful when problems came up (not with our sell with our buyers sell). He was there every minute we needed him and solved the problems. His price was a big plus as we did not have to pay commissions that were out of sight. We would recommend Rick buying or selling a house. Very knowledgeable about real estate and any issues that may come up, he was right there with us.

We just sold our Modesto Condo using Rick McGrath’s $2495 Full Service Listing Fee Program. Not only did he get our house sold, he negotiated a price $10,000 over what we expected and saved us a ton off commissions. Because of his knowledge and professionalism, we will be able to get more upgrades for our new house we are having built. He was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to return any missed call easing any concerns we had. We highly recommend Rick for anyone looking for a great Realtor who can save you thousands of dollars when selling your house.

Has good knowledge of the local market. Can be a bit slow on response to messages, however to his credit he self-admits to being semi-retired. (Priorities I presume) All that aside, he does a good job listing the properties and always brings in the potential buyers. Not really a hard negotiator, but also not a pressure type of salesman either. He's low-key and real personable. Felt pretty comfortable using him. On the very plus side...he saves his customers a TON in commissions! If bottom line savings on commission fees is critical, I would go with him.

Rick McGrath sold my home and saved me thousands of dollars compared to other brokers. He was honest and forthright. He had great attention to detail, and he communicated every step of the way. I recommend him to anybody who would like to save money and have a great experience selling your home.
