If you want the real deal, work with Alec. We spoke with several agents before him, and none could clearly explain what we’d qualify for or what the monthly payments would look like—basic stuff you’d think any agent should know. Alec broke it all down within minutes, with total confidence and clarity. When the lender told us we weren’t approved for our dream home, Alec restructured the loan himself, submitted it to the builder’s lender, and got us approved. Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We went to see a house on a whim, not really thinking we’d actually buy our first home right away. Tim helped explain what we’d need to do if we wanted to get serious about buying. He was always so patient, professional, and kind, answering ALL of our questions. We looked at many houses and each time Tim would respond within minutes about a confirmed show time. We put in multiple offers and Tim was right there with us through all of the ups and downs.
