I have been working with Richard for the past 7 months. The house sale was a complicated process due to one owner (me) wanting to sell and the other owner my brother stalling in every imaginable way. From the beginning Richard was the consummate professional. Several buyers came and went due to my brother's unrealistic expectations. My frustration grew over this, but Richard stood fast reassuring me that eventually the sale would take place. The house finally sold.
