If you are ever looking for a home in the Frisco area please contact Richard. From start to finish his professionalism, expertise, and knowledge is top tier. He made the process as smooth and easy as possible. Richard answered any and all questions with upmost importance, even after the purchase. I would definitely recommend Richard 10 times out of 10.

Working with Richard was awesome! A true professional, organized and meticulous...I was never once worried throughout the whole process with him in my corner. Richard really went to bat for me at the 11th hour before closing to make sure the seller fulfilled all of their obligations. He's very balanced, which I appreciate to keep the situation calm, but he definitely knows how to push things through to the finish line. One of the things I really appreciated about Richard was his pro-activeness, which he demonstrated from my initial phone screen with him till closing. He also has a great eye for design and I so appreciated all of his input. I'm hoping I stay in my new home for many years but would no doubt use Richard again for any real estate transactions. I've already recommended him to someone looking into the Plano/Frisco area!

I never thought buying a house could go so smoothly, but having Rich help us made it possible! He started by explaining absolutely everything about the process so we were knowledgeable. That alone is worth meeting with him! Then he helped us sort through the many many houses in the area to find the perfect one. He was amazing every step of the way! We knew that we were taken care of and didn’t have to worry about anything. Besides being such a fantastic realtor, he is just an all around great person and we enjoyed getting to know him. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further. Rich will take care of you from beginning to end and make the process not only fun but stress free. I can’t recommend him enough!

He is the kindest, hard working, professional we have ever met. He knew it would be a hard decision to leave Frisco but from the moment we met he put us at ease and helped us from day one right to the very end. His expertise and history of our neighborhood was truly astounding. He explained every step in the process completely! He sold our home the first weekend during our open house. If you have a question he is there. He returns calls ASAP 7days a week. We will forever be grateful for everything he did for our family.
