We had the pleasure of working with the Deich team to purchase our new home and then sell our other home. Solid experience with Richard and his team, very prompt and helpful in the process of buying a home. He brings a solid team of partners to work with in getting any work done on your home prior to selling and offers a vast knowledge of what to expect for any homes you look at and associated costs for upgrades/improvements etc.

We bought a home with The Deich Team in March of 2019. We loved our current home but a medical situation required that we have more than two bathrooms for five people. We thought we would sell our home for one price and the Deichs were able to sell it for 15k more. I felt desperate to find any house that fit our criteria in this crazy market. I fell in love with a home that was at a price point higher than the home we bought, and in actuality Rich and Rachel would have made more off of that sale. However, they encouraged us to keep looking because this home didn’t fit our criteria 100%. Rich suggested we look at a home I had overlooked due to some things I didn’t think I would like about it. Long story short, we fell in love and are now living in a FIVE bathroom, four bedroom home in a lovely neighborhood with more space than we know what to do with. There’s an attached porch and a double fireplace with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. We still feel like we are just staying at someone else’s enormous home! Rachel is great in finding appropriate homes and Rich is an excellent negotiator. He was able to successfully negotiate $11,000 off the asking price even though there were three other offers on this home. We would absolutely use Rich and Rachel again. Look: home buying is a horrifying and stressful process. Don’t you want to work with someone who actually cares where you end up?
