I did my research and thought I knew how much to list my house for. Rich said that was too low and we listed $25K higher than I was thinking. 4 days later we had a full price offer! Thanks goodness I picked a great realtor! Throughout the whole process he was on top of things. The buyer got cold feet and was about to back out and Rich was on top of it and managed to save the deal and we closed on time.

Our experience with Rich has always been the absolute best of the best! He answers calls when no other realtor would, any time of the day. Prompt, professional and a model of the type of realtor you want for either buying or selling your property. I would use no one else! 10/10 recommend!!

We found Rich to be extremely knowledgeable, understanding, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to work with. We had been working with Rich for the past 9 months to find the right home for us. Rich was patient thru the entire process. Additionally, his response time was amazing. We could always count on him to respond in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rich to others and plan to do so. Not only do we consider Rich an excellent realtor, but also consider him a great friend.

Rich is the true definition of above and beyond. I was referred to Rich by a mutual friend, and my fiancé & I are beyond blessed for this. His knowledge and expertise is unmatched. His constant communication and persistence in every aspect of the home search created nothing but comfort, and of course answering any and all questions or concerns in the best interest of us. My fiancé and I highly recommend Rich as your realtor if you are searching for one. He is now our good friend and hope to hold that relationship with him for all of our days to come.

If you want a realtor that will go above and beyond for you, Rich is your guy. We were first-time buyers, and Rich showed us so much kindness and patience throughout the entire process. As many know, the market is difficult as a buyer right now, but Rich was always there to educate and reassure us, despite searching (and viewing homes) for months. Rich genuinely cares about his clients. He won't hesitate to tell you when you shouldn't buy a particular home, and he always makes sure you understand his reasoning. Rich is also a master of rules and regulations, and he carries himself with a professionalism that is second-to-none. Lastly, Rich is absolutely hilarious! He will kill you with kindness and leave your belly aching from all the laughs. I can't recommend Rich enough, we will certainly be recommending him to our friends and family. Thanks Rich!
