Rich went to work as soon as we reached out to him w/our relocation plans and IL home purchase. He provided us a remarkable number of listings in the cities we were considering. His experience on not only the cities of choice, but also his insight on homes and properties was invaluable. While we used Rich for the new home purchase, we also consulted him on our own out of state home sale even though we had to use a local realtor. Rich was always available for our questions and to offer advisement. Highly recommend Rich!
