We worked with Reid for about two and a half years all in as we had no idea where we wanted to move to necessarily. Through numerous conversations, home showings and leaning into his network of contacts, he helped us focus our search and eventually find the area we wanted to be a part of. Unfortunately inventories were very low, rates were climbing and we didn't see much that interested us in the school districts we were considering. In the end, we opted for new construction, to which Reid was able to negotiate a full finished basement at roughly the same asking price, rent stipend in case it went longer than expected, a 5-figure landscaping credit and additional warranty package. When it came time to sell our new home, Reid found us a very thorough photographer and after having the house listed for about 24-hours, we received an offer about 4.5% over asking with small concessions requested and a 30 day close, which we immediately accepted and cancelled all future showings. That was just the icing on the cake for a long and extremely fruitful relationship. I would highly recommend Reid and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Philadelphia area.

Oren handled every aspect of the sale of my late father’s home with tremendous skill and kindness. We moved into the house 45 years ago, so letting go wasn’t easy. Oren was so understanding, and nothing was too much to ask. His grasp of the local market was clear, and impressive, and was topped only by his ability to anticipate, and act on, our needs. Oren explained things to us through the process in a way that was easy to understand, and his guidance brought a fantastic offer just a few days after he listed the house. He made this daunting process so easy on us, and was always willing to answer a question or address a concern. We couldn’t have chosen better, and are so grateful.

Literally the best realtor anyone could have. He assisted my wife and I in buying our first home. He was so attentive and accommodating we used him for my parents home buying experience. We are so impressive we are using his expertise for my in laws. His patience and knowledge is second to none and we consider him a close family friend having worked with him for 5 years! Brian is a terrific, professional, realtor with an insiders knowledge of the neighborhoods, properties, and buildings in the city. We were paired with Brian when we decided to spend a nice fall day getting lunch downtown and viewing a few properties. Despite our obvious lack of commitment to the process, Brian was patient and good natured. And lo and behold, he found us a property that we absolutely love and negotiated an exceptional deal. You can’t go wrong with Brian.
