Reggie Perryman was amazing from beginning to end. I started researching and contacting realtors but before Reggie, those other realtors I contacted seemed only willing to work with me to sell my home, just to make their commission. I’d put work and value into my home and wanted to make sure that it would be shown and appreciated. This was my first home that I would be selling and not only did Reggie make me feel confident that I was dealing with the right person, but he made me feel comfortable enough to reach out to him about anything. From our first conversation, any fears I had, he and his assistant made sure to address them immediately. Reggie was genuinely invested in me the having the best outcome in selling my house and I am truly grateful I went with him as my realtor. I would greatly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy their home.

Morgean is always on top of things. This is my second time buying/selling with her and she streamlined the entire process for me. I trust her with her knowledge of the market as a whole. She’s really a one woman army!!!!

Tiffany did a wonderful job assisting us with our first home purchase this year. She was patient and willing to explain the process to us. She also was unafraid to tell us the truth. For example, we had a tight timeline and she was honest that we may not find a house by then but she emphasized the importance of finding the right one. She was also very responsive. I saw the home that we ended up purchasing pop up on the app at about noon. She had us scheduled for a tour that same evening and we placed an offer afterwards. The seller was on the fence given we were her first offer but I believe that Tiffany made a good case for our family via the seller’s agent. We love our new home and are excited for all the memories that we will create. I recommend her to anyone buying a house. Thank you, Tiffany!

Tiffany was the most awesome realtor I have ever had to deal with. She has all the patience in the world. She remains professional from start to finish. Always positive. Keeps a smile on her face. Prompt. I just can’t believe that the whole process was so smooth. And I have Tiffany to thank for it. I love my new home.

Carver made the selling process easy and smooth especially with me being in and out of town during the selling process. He took the extra step to make things as swift as possible. He made it where I closed on my home after not even 2 months.
