Ray was very reliable and answered all of our questions. No doubt we had all our trust in Ray. The process ran smoothly, at times we called him after hours and he answered our calls. If he didn’t he would return the call in a timely manner. Ray provided excellent service, we would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone buying/selling their home. We even got to use his moving truck, oh my goodness, that was a huge help! We thank Ray from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with the purchase of our new home and sale of previous home. We love it and are so happy!

When it came time to sell our home, Ray was our first realtor to call. Since he has been in the business for many many years, he knew all of the nuances of the buying/selling transaction and answered any questions we had. The more we got into the process of selling our home, the more we found out just how important Ray's expertise and professionalism played in our behalf. Our selling process was completed in a timely manner and Ray kept us up-to-date on the entire process and guided us the entire way. I can't recommend Ray Galvez highly enough. We needed to sell my elderly mom's house in Fillmore and were truly lucky to find Ray. After meeting with him, we were confident he was the right choice and, now only two months later, we know we were right! Ray is energetic, knowledgeable, and very responsive. With his guidance, the sale process itself was painless and easy, but he also helped tremendously with the overwhelming task of getting the house cleaned up and ready to put on the market. He seems to know everyone in Fillmore and has a great network of home improvement contacts. When we listed the house, it looked better than it had in many years and sold immediately. From clean up through closing, Ray kept the whole process moving smoothly to a successful finish. Thank you Ray!
