Ray misrepresented himself. When we first met with him, he was a great salesman and talked to the value and perks of our home. No perspective buyer ever heard any of this as, he never showed our house once. We had over 15 showings but HE never showed it. He would very rarely give us feedback. Other times he was not even aware of a showing his office called and set up. Too many times, the showing was cancelled and we were never informed, ie: we cleaned all day and ran out of the house for nothing. Another time, he never informed us that a showing was rescheduled and someone started to enter our house while we were there. He is a lister, not a seller. He prepared no documents for our sale. He literally put the signs in the yard when we first signed with him and once we sold, (we found our own buyer), he came and retrieved his signs and then showed up to closing to pick up his commision check. He was a real disappointment and I would caution people to not choose Ray Frankart.

We can not thank Ray enough for his expertise and knowledge, during our new home search. He took time to get to know us and truly identify what we wanted in a home (that would fit within out budget). At any time Ray scheduled and showed us as many homes as we wanted (a few homes, several times), without making the experience overwhelming. He is VERY honest and up-front. If you are looking for someone that is just out to sell you something, Ray is NOT the agent you want. He truly cares for his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure their fully satisfied. We HIGHLY (1000%) recommend Ray Frankart as a Real Estate Professional.

Ray is energetic and knowledgable about local real estate. He made our home search fun and educated us about the neighborhoods in the process. He was also very accomidating to our schedule. We would highly recommend him, and will use him again in the future.

I only met with him once with my fiancé as we were looking for our first home and the meeting did not accomplish much at all. He showed us a couple print outs of houses that were currently on the market but spent most of the time speaking with my fiancé about nursing. He then told us to continue looking for homes and to let him know if there was anything that we wanted to view. I thought that this would be the job of the realtor and it turns out I was right. I have been contacted by many realtors since then and they all have offered to send me all houses that met our criteria and that is how we ended up finding the house that we have just had an offer accepted on. He was very personable, but in the end I walked away feeling that we were too small of clients for his services and that he wasn't taking us seriously. We ended up going with someone that has a bit less experience, but has been willing to work for us.

Ray Frankart is the ideal realtor. A great choice. Our first visit with Ray was to look at numerous housing areas and developments. Ray really listened to what we were looking for and helped us drill down to a more specific realm for our search. He was proactive in helping us find houses to view, while also willing to approach sellers we found ourselves. During our house viewings he was very honest and observant of the physical house elements, systems, re-sale options and potential benefits and downfalls of each house. When it came to negotiating on our behalf, Ray was uncanny in his ability to help us achieve our goals. We were very happy with Ray as our realtor, and continue to have a great relationship with him post-sale in regards to current and future home needs. Definitely a great choice!
