Randy is a phenomenal realtor, and we would recommend him to any family or friends looking to buy or sell in the area. He took the time and energy to understand both mine and my wife's desires for a house and took care to find and show us houses that fit that criteria. As the house hunting persisted, he always maintained a high level of enthusiasm, responded to inquiries quickly, and streamlined the process in every way possible. His knowledge of the area and home purchasing is par none, and we are thankful we had the opportunity to work with him as our realtor.

There are not enough superlatives available to describe the job Randy Lusk and his team did in selling our home. At first, we were somewhat reluctant to contract with a realtor that was not local to our area. Randy quickly dispelled any of our concerns as he was knowledgeable with all market conditions. From staging, to listing, to manning the Open House, to down-selecting the six offers we received after one week on the market, to negotiating the rent-back agreement and supporting us at settlement, Randy was with us every step of the way. Randy was an amazing partner during the sale of our home. He was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable on all topics. He was fluent with the real estate market and provided great guidance as we negotiated many decisions-some of which were downright emotional! He was ALWAYS available, kind and understanding. There were multiple discussions around difficult topics and he handled them expertly. We got a great price thanks to his help. We recommend him highly and will use his services again!
