Rachel was extremely helpful in our home buying process. She was so patient with us, she answered all of our questions and we couldn’t be happier to have to chosen to work with Rachel. She treated us like family and had our best interest in mind. If we need an agent again we won’t hesitant to call her again! She truly is the best! Highly recommend her services.

Rachel was outstanding in every way. I was selling my parents home after they had passed and Rachel made it so easy. Besides handling all aspects of the sale she knew people that could clean the house and remove a lifetime of things to get the house ready for sale quickly. I would recommend Rachel to anyone whether buying of selling a house.

Rachel made the buying process fairly easy. She was very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable of the area. She offered great advice and was on top of everything from the initial offer to the closing. I would highly recommend working with Rachel if you want professionalism.

Rachel is outstanding, hands down. She has worked with my husband and I almost an entire year and has always been responsive and attentive since day one. Rachel has always went above and beyond to help us find the best home for our expanding family. There have been a few times I couldn’t make a showing, but my husband could, and she would be the voice of reason. I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention the countless videos she sends after the showing so it would be easier for me to remember small details. Once we found the best house for us, she walked us through each step of the process (down to finding professionals for estimates and reminding us to check out the cesspool!) and referred us to a wonderful mortgage broker. I’m pretty sure I am leaving out some of the wonderful things Rachel has done for us (btw she is also great with including children in the process - my daughter loved going to see houses with Rachel and showing off her potential room) but I can’t possibly fit it all in on one review. She has always went the step above for us (made the process extra seamless for a pregnant woman - remembering and explaining all the details I couldn’t) and honestly we are now spoiled. When we buy (and sell) our next house, Rachel is the first call we are going to make. Although we found her by chance on Zillow, it was meant to be. For any potential buyers (and sellers), please see if you can be connected with her! You won’t want anyone else.

Rachel was very knowledgeable and responsive with all my inquiries. Her expertises and knowledge helped me to make my decision and process in renting my home very smooth and easy.
