Rachel and her team were a tremendous asset while we were deciding on an agent and gave us plenty of insight on how to market our property. Once we decided to list, her team guided us through prepping the home for sale, listing, and closing, which went smoothly and quickly. We couldn't have done it as easily without her help. We would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone buying or selling a home.

The communication was outstanding. If there was ever a question, she was right there with the answer. Her professionalism is top notch. She gets the job done & really goes above and beyond to listen to what her clients needs, wants and desires are. We have already recommended her a number of times. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Rachel was extremely professional, punctual, helpful and a true delight to work with while selling our home. This team is simply amazing!! This is our second house closing with Rachel and Pete, and this time we were the sellers. Its a little different ball game when you are selling a home, but Pete let me know exactly what needed to be done and they both kept consistent communication with me! We will always use them and refer everyone to them. The highest level of professionalism, knowledge of the business, and keep their clients interests the priority! If you’re buying or selling a home this is the team you want! There are things that will always come up with the buy or sale of a house, but with this team they tackle it head on and get it done! And we could not be happier with them, thank you Pete and Rachel!!

In a nutshell, Rachel and her husband Pete are the most knowledgeable and professional realtors I have ever worked with anywhere, and they will use their considerable expertise and professional contacts to ensure that whatever you plan to do on the market will be done intelligently and at the best cost to you. I cannot recommend Rachel any more than I do. If you plan to do any real estate business in Southern Pines, Fayetteville, or any of the outlying areas, they are the only real choice.
