We would highly recommend working with Jeff Smith. He was very knowledgeable about the area. Jeff and his team are all very professional and timely. Christine is also a very valuable asset part of his team. They both worked very hard organizing showings etc. It was a great experience to work with Anchor Realty.

Very proactive in their approach. They know what you want as a seller and will work hard to help achieve those goals. Always constant, open communication. Very knowledgeable about local market. Makes very good recommendations through out all aspects of the selling process. If you want to sell your house, call Anchor Realty.

Moving long distance, starting a new job, and buying a new house can be very stressful. So there are not enough words to express the excellent service I received, and my extreme gratitude for having Jeff Smith from Anchor Realty as my real estate agent. Jeff and his team did more than just represent me in the recent purchase of my home on Crooked Lake in Angola Indiana. (moving from California) From the beginning I felt like family, with my best interest at the heart of everything they did. Among the many ways they went above and beyond.....included letting me use their office as I was getting situated, rides around town, (even one of my trips to the airport!) help with moving into a duplex while I was in the process of finding my home.....and so much more. I was guided through so many aspects, and NEVER EVER felt pressured. The entire process felt stress free, from searching for houses, obtaining a loan, closing, and finding resources to ensure my immediate and future need would be met. This is my third home purchase, and I have never had had such a pleasurable experience. Jeff's knowledge of the area, and his expertise of over 40 years in this community is unsurpassed. I can TRULY say that HE IS the reason that I found my dream home on the lake, under budget, and with more amenities than was on my list. I jokingly referred to him as the Mayer because he knew everyone, and people would wave to him as we drove by. I have spoken to many people since, and I hear the same sentiment and praise. So needless to say, I would recommend Jeff and the Anchor Realty Team to everyone without hesitation!
