Erica is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible. We have had excellent home buying and selling experiences with this agent. Even though Erica was vacationing over seas, she made sure to either have another agent available to handle the sale of our home, or she would talk to us personally to make sure all of our questions were answered promptly. We had a really great experience working with Erica. She was very responsive, easy to work with, easy to schedule, kind, aware of our needs, honest, and not pushy. We felt secure with her know-how and expertise. It was so nice to leave paperwork in her hands. I rated her negotiation skills as excellent because I'm sure they are, but we didn't end up negotiating in our situation so we didn't have a chance to see this at work. We definitely felt like she really did care about helping us find the best situation for our family, not like she was just trying to sell a house to a number on a wall.
