Phillis Fleming was a huge help to myself and my daughter in getting this townhouse we now reside in. She was always there encouraging us, guiding us, and was very attentive to what we needed in a house in order for us to to be comfortable and satisfied.

Phillis was actively involved the entire process and went above and beyond in looking out for my interests when coordinating with the builder of our new home. In the end, she saved me several hundred dollars per month for my mortgage payment by helping me negotiate a better rate worth no points. Her knowledge of the entire process helped me tremendously. She was also present for key milestones in the building process. She consistently made recommendations that helped us in our dealings with the builder. I would definitely recommend Phillis to anyone. She is, by far, the best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with!

Phillips was the absolute best. We had our on criteria in mind but midway through the process, we flipped what our requirements were and Phillis adjusted her search. We flipped so many times with what homes we wanted to buy, being our first home buying experience, and she was patient throughout the process. We owed everything to Phillis and her advice and helped even during the closing process when negotiations had to occur. If you are buying a home, you wont go wrong with Phillis for sure. I've recommended her to my friends in and out of the area.

We just gave her a brief description of what we were looking for; she took that and ran with it and came up with A LOT of options. As we were very undecided about some of the choices, Phillis showed great flexibility and patience. She has a vast knowledge of the mortgage process and does not get flustered! If you are new at this process, like we were, you will really feel comfortable and at peace working with Phillis. She constantly followed up, answered any questions super fast! She has since checked on us a few times after the sale to ensure that we were settling in well and to check if we had any questions. She is fantastic!!

Phillis Fleming is a realtor I would recommend to my friends and family without hesitation. She was patient and never showed an ounce of frustration at our seemingly endless questions. We moved across the country, so we had many. Phillis is a professional, knows Stafford and the surrounding areas, all of the paperwork, etc very well; but mostly she is a fabulous person! It's refreshing to have a realtor who makes you feel like they want to understand what you need and want, and isn't just trying to sell you a piece of property. She did her best to help us find our next place to call, home.
