When we first met Peter at an open house, he stayed an extra hour speaking to us about what we were looking for. But more importantly, he was listening. He was building a personal relationship to find the right fit based on our interests and needs. Peter worked with us, and did not waste time trying to push us into a place he didn't feel suitable. When the right place became available, we were the first ones to know. For anyone looking in Forest Hills or Rego Park, Peter's many years of experience and well developed connections make him an invaluable source to get key access to many new listings in the area. Once we found the right place, Peter's familiarity with many of the co-ops was a helpful resource to assist us through the difficult, unfamiliar application process. Peter did everything he could to make sure we did not fail. He laid out the facts and advised us what needed to be done, then reviewed the whole package to make sure there are no errors so we make a great first impression with the co-op. The process of buying a new home can be stressful, but having Peter to guide us from beginning to end made the whole endeavor a bit easier.

During covid, Peter was able to sell my mom's co op in record time. He was with me every step of the way. Follow up was great. Definitely would recommend him.

In a word, Peter is 'wonderful.' He knows the real estate game in my area like no one else. He only brought exceptionally well-qualified candidates into my coop (after very thoroughly checking them out). I followed all of his recommendations to make my place the best it could be prior to putting it on the market, and it paid off handsomely: my apartment sold for a record price in my line (and I'm on a lower floor!). Peter is great at taking you through the steps of selling the unit and making it easy. Even his recommendation for a real estate attorney was terrific. I was overwhelmed by the whole process, but decided to put myself into his very capable hands. I do not regret that one bit. I highly recommend Peter for anyone who wants to quickly sell their property for top dollar.

If I could give Peter more then 5 starts I would! He is one of the best Realestate agents in the area and has so much knowledge. Not only that he will also connect you to the right people so that your buying or even selling experience is extremely smooth. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. You will not be disappointed! He is one of best!
