Paula was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was super responsive to any questions we had through the process. She was very positive and honest about every property we looked at. She helped us negotiate some repairs on the property. We never had a worry with Paula as our realtor!

I was recently fortunate enough to have Paula as my realtor as I was looking to buy a home in the Grand Forks area. Paula was incredible; she was professional, responsive and truly went above and beyond. She didn’t sugarcoat things—which I greatly appreciated. I was not local and ensuring I was receiving an honest assessment was very important throughout the process. She constantly sent me videos and thought of things even I wouldn’t have—she was always at least two steps ahead; she really worked hard for me!! It doesn’t stop there, she was in constant communication with me even after the purchase and the icing on the cake—I arrived to my new home to find ice cold water, snacks, and a pizza to pop in the oven. This young lady gets my highest recommendation because her personality and professionalism were simply unmatched—thank you sooo much—-hands down best experience I’ve had buying or selling!!! Paula ROCKS!!!
