Izaiah made the home buying process a very enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job educating us on the process. This was our first home and we knew very little about how it worked, he was very patient and was available at anytime to answer any questions we had. He was available to show us any home we wanted to look at and knew a lot of information about each house. Our experience with Izaiah was wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell their home.

Working with Izaiah to buy our first home was a great experience! Not only did he help us buy a beautiful home we love, but he went out of his way to get us set up with a temporary place to stay before we closed on our house. He is very proactive and thoughtful, which made the process much less stressful! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for realtor! Five stars all around!

Isaiah was very understanding of my situation. He was very flexible in his scheduling to allow me meet him when I was free. Help teach me the process and steps need to secure a loan and house. I will for sure be recommending him to my friends and family. A great help to those young and new to the house buying world. Never did he try to push buying anything that I wasn't 100% on board for. Considered what would allow to grow my investment in home.

Amber Flynn and company exceeded expectations while assisting our family in the purchase of our new build home in Grand Forks, ND. Every obstacle we faced, Amber was diligent in finding solutions. There was never an incident or question that was not resolved or answered by Amber. It was actually quite impressive how Amber’s tenacity in accommodating and serving us was never diminished. We thank Amber for our new and beautiful home. She is the fairy godmother of places to forever hang our hats and grow our memories and heart.
