Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the difficult time of settling my mother's estate, Paul was calm, kind and extremely knowledgeable on estate home sales. He made a difficult task bearable and facilitated top dollar sale with the least inconvenience. We were completely satisfied with all of Paul's services. He went above and beyond our expectations.

I’ve used Paul’s services twice. Once was for buying my first starter home, and second was for selling my first home and buying the second house simultaneously, without using a bridge loan. I already knew with my first home purchase, Paul was the person I’d call for the second. I am very anal, a perfectionist, and nitpicking. Paul listened to my concerns and gave me honest realistic strategic advices. Pauls very responsive, kind, punctual, communicative and most importantly, he’s on your side to protect you at all cost during the entire process. Thank you Paul, I’ll be here for a long time on the 2nd property, but I’ll call you in the future for 3rd and final sale!

Paul has the excellent negotiation skills and helped us get a good deal. The suggestions he gave to us are really professional and knowledgeable. He always give us updates and makes whole process more smoothly. I really appreciate his effort and highly recommend him.

It was truly a pleasant experience working with Paul to purchase our house. My wife and I were first time home buyers, looked for a house in Los Angeles in 2021: Paul was eager to assist in every step throughout the process; from searching for a house, to place an offer, to do all sorts of negotiations before and during the escrow etc. Paul is such a great realtor: he is kind, generous with his time, so experienced/knowledgeable, super responsive, ALWAYS on-time, very patient, and a great man to work with. Purchasing a house is such a journey; the market is competitive, inventory was low when we were looking etc etc ... but Paul was always there for us and made the process very smooth. I strongly recommend working with Paul.

Paul helped us buy an investment property. He is very thorough, sincere and humble to work with. He not only helped us to find a property, bid, negotiate, close the deal but helped us find right people to take care of all repairs/improvements and now helping with find a tenant. He is the best realtor I have worked with, period.
