Patrick was extremely helpful and consistently available. Never once did we have trouble getting in touch with him. My wife and I were new home buyers with a ton of questions about the process. From the first day we met him, we felt in good hands. He helped us during every negotiation, and was always the person we ran to because we knew he had our best interest in mind. We cannot recommend him and his company enough when it comes to real estate.

My wife and I were first time home buyers, so we were very new to the process and had no idea what to expect. We had tons of questions and unrealistic expectations to start with. We closed on our first home in 07/2014. <br/><br/>Patrick and his team were excellent. He did a great job walking us through the process (repeatedly); he and his team were very knowledgeable about various areas, what to look for, what to avoid, and houses in general. He even took us to some places we wanted to look at even though I'm sure he knew we would not be interested (they were a wreck). <br/><br/>He or one of his team members were always available to show a place at a moments notice, often the very same day. Once we were ready, they were very quick to put together offers and were great through the negotiations and closing process. <br/><br/>I want to especially praise Holland Hames. Of Patrick's team, he was the one we worked with the most (aside from Patrick) and he was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was great to look at houses with as he would notice and point out things (good and bad) that we often had missed. He had informed answers to all our questions.

Patrick has long been a great source for housing market information, and was the obvious choice for us to go to when we decided to sell our condo, and start looking for a house. His advice as well as his expert staging & photo team allowed us to sell our condo in less than a week, and for more than any other unit in our association had since the "economic downturn". On the purchase side, he gave great suggestions that helped us to really narrow down what it was that we were looking for in a new home. He opened up our eyes to neighborhoods we had not looked at previously. When he was not personally able to accompany us to house showings, he sent us with other members of his team who were very professional and personable. We were very happy with our experience with Patrick and his team.
