Fran did an outstanding job with the purchase of our home. We are not local, so she was our stand-in for much of the process. She was there to make sure everything was done on the house after the inspection and since we have closed, she has been willing to go to the house and help out with whatever is needed.

Monica was amazing, helpful, and patient. She was prompt in answering any questions and easing any concerns I may have had. She allowed me to see as many homes as I needed to figure exactly what I wanted. In the end she knew exactly what would make my heart happy in a new home. They last showing was her recommendation and I could not have been happier with the selection. It was everything I wanted and more! She helped me every step of the way to closing day. I appreciated Monica so much during this process.

Crystal made this entire process so easy! We gave her a few parameters that we were looking for in our home and she compiled a list of 20 listings. We fell in love with one of the home we looked at and Crystal took it from there. She booked the inspection, handled all the paperwork, and was so quick to respond when we had questions. We absolutely recommend Crystal!!

Sherry did an amazing job helping us buy our new home. We presented her with a bit of a challenge as we were currently living 3.5 hours away. She did not let that dissuade her. We were able to do virtual walk throughs and conference calls to view properties. She made herself available for in-person viewing with our crazy schedule. Not only was she able to help us find our home, she was able to put us in contact with valuable resources to get the loan funded. We highly recommend Sherry and the team at Graceland Realtors they are truly a blessing. We completely put our trust in her for this purchase and we are so thankful we did.

Fran is a gem !!! She's always on top of the house hunting and stays on point throughout the process. Fran planned house visits according to our schedule for just the kind of home we sought and was always on time. She made helpful suggestions based on our comments and wishes and easily modified her searches as our interests changed. Fran regularly kept in touch with texts, phone calls, and emails. And the best thing is Fran is staying in touch after the closing to ensure we have everything we need. I look forward to working with her again.
