Carol made my home purchasing experience a breeze. She was very knowledgeable, was extremely helpful and supportive of my interests, aggressive in helping me get what I want, and all around a great person! Her communication skills are top notch. Any questions you ask her, she either knows the answers to or she will do research for you and get an answer back to you. I was recommended Carol thru a childhood friend and I can say that I will recommend Carol to others as well!

Carol is amazing with the bids , knowing other realtors. We won two bids with her. She is knowledgeable with houses, things that need to be fixed, and the process with everything. She’s very honest and trust worthy. I would recommend her to everyone.

Carol was PHENOMENAL! Carol walked us through every step of the homeownership process effortlessly. She provided recommendations for necessary services (house and septic inspections, attorney, etc.) and worked back channels to smooth out an unexpected miscommunication. She gave us updates and communicated new developments regularly. We LOVED that she was a local and graciously provided inside tips about the area, of which we had no knowledge. Carol was the consummate professional. Her years of experience shone through her expertise, connections, and recommendations. We have already recommended her to friends and would be beyond happy to work with Carol in the future.

This is the 3rd purchase we've worked with Carol on, and one for our extended family. Carol is great at getting answers, and is very responsive. She was always checking in and has followed up after the sale too. Highly recommend giving her a call/text if you are in the market to buy--she will get it done!!
