Carol gave us a tailored and efficient experience purchasing our first home. She was always available to talk to us with regards to any questions or concerns we were having, and always following up with more helpful information. Our house tours were frequent and well organized, with a constant momentum going so we felt attended to and supported throughout the process. Carol was very knowledgeable not only about the north Jersey area, but also very educated on home infrastructure, zoning, and septic/well as well as local ordinances, which was crucial as first time home buyers. If needed, she always connected us with the best resources. I cannot express our gratitude and we would love to work with Carol again with future home selling/buying.

We were looking to buy our first home but had very little knowledge on the process. We met Mia at a open house couple of months ago and at our first visit she had impressed us with her professionalism and expert knowledge on the current markets. She sat with us for the buyers consultation and explained us all the process. She then started looking for the house based on our needs and showing us. She was always available based on our availability, late evening or in the weekend. Finally, we were able to find our dream home. She was very involved in all aspects of the closing, with her expert advise and made sure everything goes smoothly. She also has a great network and team. I highly recommend her! She is very reliable, friendly, responsive and will go beyond with her helping hand to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you again Mia for all your help and finding us our first home!
