Pam is a top notch Realtor. I have had experiences with other Realtors in the past, and they were not as dedicated as Pam. We needed to relocate from Chelsea Maine to Hermon Maine. Any house we wanted to look at she was available to show us. Pam also sold our previous home in a short amount of time. Pam is an awesome Realtor and I would recommend her if your selling or buying!! She had me at 'hello'. We first met Pam at our viewing of our desired property. she had arrived early, opened up the property, explored the details, and was well ready to receive us when we arrived. She approached us with a confident smile and a firm handshake and knew our names. She responded very well to our wishes and made suggestions that were to our benefit. she was responsive and available throughout the transaction. We have been dealing with real estate for forty years, and Pam stands out as the finest agent we have worked with. If you have the pleasure of working with her, we are certain you will agree!

She was very knowledgeable about the house and its history. She impressed me showing the built in cabinetry and multi media room. Her knowledge on the time era painting also caught my attention.

Pam was amazing to work with from start to finish! We ended up working with some really difficult sellers and she made sure they followed through with what they promised and helped to make things go more smoothly. I would highly recommend working with her. She's knowledgeable and straight forward. Made this process so much better.

Pam worked with us for over a year to find our new home and we couldn't have asked for a better partner throughout the process. She understood our requirements steering us toward properties that fit our needs. She was extremely responsive to our calls and emails when we had questions or concerns. When it came time to negotiate the purchase, she skillfully secured the best deal for us. Being from out of state we were very impressed with her willingness to arrange and be present during the inspections and she was in constant communication with us. She is also a great source for referrals for lenders and contractors. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property in the area.
