I only called Earl regarding a property I had a couple of questions about, but he was immediately available, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have contacted him about three houses I wanted to see. In each case he complained about my unwillingness to drive 2.5 hours one way to see the house as a "drive by" trip before he would show it to me. Really!? I should make an entire separate day trip and lose an extra day off because you don't want to leave your office!? This last time, when I complained about him being unwilling to EARN his commission, he then told me that he would only show it to people who could prove they were pre-approved. Which he had never asked me. And he just assumed I was not. And I don't believe any bank told him he wasn't allowed to show the house to someone who wasn't pre-approved anyway, especially after my previous experiences. He just doesn't seem to want to do anything to earn his commission, he just wants you to hand it to him.
