Overall experience was quite good. Nick was very professional throughout the process. I was out of town for much of the time and Nick took charge of dealing with contractors and inspectors.

Very helpful, resourceful, extremely responsive, and excellent understanding of the properties in the area. Nick was everything I’d look for when buying or selling property. He helped my ex-husband and me execute a real estate transaction without drama, a feat not easy to accomplish! His enthusiasm, responsiveness, attention to detail, and easy going, level headed manner are all huge attributes. Finally, Nick’s relative youth is no indication of his expertise. He is a real professional with extensive knowledge of the real estate world …and a wonderful person, too!
