Neida was such a delight to work with. Me and my wife were first time buyers and she made us feel so comfortable through the whole home buying process. Whenever we had a question, she always had an answer. When it came to negotiating with the sellers about the house, she did a very good job communicating what we needed. We ended up getting the house of our dreams and its all because we had the help of a very talented realtor. I'd recommend Neida to anyone searching for a new home.

This is the third home that I have worked with Neida on purchase. She has also sold two of those houses for me and my family as well. Neida has knowledge of the industry and the market with a great attitude and personality that gets things done. She knows how to pivot in tough situations and can adjust to make sure you get what you what. Neida is a great listener and takes your wants and needs into careful consideration, helping you through what can be a very stressful time. Neida was so helpful. This was a new experience for her with sellers who are currently overseas. She picked up the challenge and ran with it. Everything has gone smoothly. I am so happy with her ethics and attitude that I am giving her another property to list for us. I highly recommend her.

Neida did a fantastic job helping us sell our house. She was ever so patient with us. She even met an inspector for us when we were out of town. Always on the ball and talking us through all options. Truly a joy to work with. A++
