As a first time buyer, working with Cliff made the intimidating prospect and complicated process feel like a walk in the park-- with the hardest working man in south Texas realty. We were on a time constraint, so we wanted to search the market quickly. Cliff showed us 10 homes that first day. He was quick to point out the strong and weak points of each property, explaining to us in detail facts and observations that only a long time property expert would know-- the difference between slab foundations and pier and beam foundations, how they fare in south Texas weather and how to deal with repairs and maintenance. Very personable service-- he took the time to listen to us, assess our needs and wants, then make respectful suggestions. Our questions about realty and bank financing expertly answered.
