It was wonderful working with Nechelle! She is pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. She went above and beyond what she had to do to help me sell my condo. She has many resources to assist like contractor's, home cleaners, etc.. She actually picked found the best price for the new appliances I needed. She keeps you constantly updated and explains things along the way. She shows she really cares about her clients and getting the best she can for them. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to it or sell a home!

Nechelle is an excellent realtor, we are eternally grateful for all her help and guidance throughout the home buying process. As first time home buyers the process can feel very overwhelming, but Nechelle made sure to keep us as informed as possible and was always recommending wonderful homes for us to visit. Nechelle was professional and a guiding light throughout this process. This was an estate sale for a deceased relative in a state 1,000 miles away. She displayed excellent knowledge of the property, its prime target price for a respectable & quick-selling price, and answered every question I could throw at her.
