We were very impressed with Natalie Cousins and her team from our very first contact with her. She was the first person to contact us in response to our need for a realtor. She was so professional and articulate that we immediately were convinced that she would be the best realtor for us. Little did we know just how well-suited she was to help us through the process of selling our home. From the start she led us patiently through the process of preparing our home to put on the market, including advising us on what needed to be done to the house and what not to change. As we were working on repairs and upgrades she even advised us on colors of carpet and paint. We had already moved to another state and she was a life saver in so many ways. She so generously shared her broad background and experience with us, guiding us along the way. She was always candid and straightforward about everything, spelling out the realities and options for us. Natalie Cousins & Associates was a wonderful team to work with on buying my 1st home. Had a one on one session in getting to her know the clients and their needs they are looking for in a home. When I had questions at anytime she was there to walk me through them. I really enjoyed my experience.

Natalie did a fantastic job of selling my condo in Conyers so I could move into a senior apartment. She made the whole process worry free. She knows real estate backwards and forward.
