A work colleague referred Namita when we began searching for our new home. Throughout the entire process, Namita was transparent, patient, flexible with appointments, and always available for a quick call when we needed her. During each open house, Namita would make us aware of potential concerns with the home (appearance of water damage, cracks in foundation, required repairs, ideas for remodeling, homes that will have offers above our range). When we finally found our forever home, Namita got us two showings which is impossible in today’s environment. She drafted an offer that was competitive, and ultimately got us our new home. She kept us in line with what needed to be done to close on time. She has a large network of colleagues ranging from lenders, contractors, attorneys, and inspectors, so don’t worry if you need a referral. Namita is superb realtor to work with. Highly professional in here communication with all teams during the purchase process. Most efficient realtor I have worked with. Her know and negotiation sillls really useful either is sell or buy side. I have previously worked with her as a seller agent for another property. Best agent I have worked with so far.
