We were very lucky to have Myra Strickland recommended to us. She was professional, accommodating, attentive to our needs and always on the mark with her recommendations. It took several months for us to find a house we could like and live with but she was always patient and encouraging. Myra handled finding us a great closing attorney and worked very closely with our mortgage broker. The entire process was made much more pleasant by having Myra as out broker. Once we found our house and our offer was accepted, Myra moved things along helping us with our home inspection and termite inspection. Her negotiating skills with the seller's agent were tough and fair. If we ever have the need in the future to shop for another property in the York County area, Myra will be the only broker we will call.

If you are looking for honesty, integrity and someone who is completely devoted to your home buying needs, then Myra is the agent to call. Her concern is not selling you a home but finding the home you will be happy with. As an out of state buyer, I was fortunate in finding Myra as she helped with every aspect of our moving experience. She quickly became a cherished friend.

BEST agent ever!!!!! Myra sold us our first house in 2002 and our second in 2007 when we had to upgrade for our expanding family. Both times I was scared to death and both times she calmed my fears. Never once were we pressured or rushed into making a decision. When we were torn between 2 different properties, she gave us her professional opinion of each property. Glad we listened because the property we didn't choose sat on the market for another year and half. With Myra, it's not about another sale, it's about what is best for client now and in the future.
