Myra did a very good job. I was just a little disappointed with the fact that I got stuck with all the closing costs. I thought the new law that started in August was to be that the seller and buyer each paid there part of the closing cost.

Myra was amazing to work with! She made selling our house so easy. She is very knowledgeable and gave great advice while listening to what we wanted. I was so nervous because it was my first time selling a house. Myra instantly made me feel at ease and I knew we were in great hands. I would highly recommend her!

We loved working with Myra. She made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. She was truly exceptional. She was ALWAYS available to answer our questions and her responsiveness was incredible. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic selling process simple. The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent their entire evening walking me through the process. She made sure that my house looked the best and took advantage of every space. The photos that were taken were amazing, specially the 360 ones. I highly recommend her, she’s wonderful. I would not hesitate to hire her once I’m ready to buy another house.
