Allison was wonderful!! She was so helpful and positive all throughout our house hunt. She was always available and ready to show us whatever home we wanted to see. She guided us when it came time to make an offer and start negotiating. She truly bent over backwards to help us find our home!

My 23 year old son (living in another state from home) was buying his first house and ready to be out of his apartment. Allison helped him look and find a house that was structurally sound and just needed some cosmetic updates but well within his price range. Since he is young she also got us in touch with the right mortgage lender that was willing to work with us to get the mortgage in his name. The care that Allison put into this purchase was appreciated by my family and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I used Mindy to sell my home. At first she appeared to know the market and have a willingness to help, then I signed with her and then I realized my mistake. The moment she put out the sign with the wrong phone number the incompetence was obvious. She does not deal well with aggressive realtors, she will give in and justify any demands they make. She will cost you money. Beware do not use her. Dennis
