Discovering her outstanding work ethic and after my 2-day personal vetting process (being my 1st seller experience), Michelle proved to be genuine, highly competent and pleasantly delightful. Our condo sold in just over a month and the experience was enhanced by her exceptional communications skills, the periodic detailed and updated local and industry reports and her routine calls conveying a friendly reassurance of her activities and vision. “Having my back” was a guideline I presented her with from the get-go and that she heroically fulfilled all the way to closing. I regard Michelle not only as a phenomenal agent in her field of expertise, but also as a dear friend whom I look forward to reconnecting with regularly. All thanks to a family member also in RE who found her for us, even though my ethereal belief feels that my deceased father pulled a few strings to make it turn out so PERFECT! Jenny was outstanding to work with - from the outset, she was extremely diligent and responsive in screening properties for me and sending me listings to look at. Then when we found a place we were interested in, she was creative in thinking of how to make the right deal work (great job!), then did a fantastic job of negotiating and communicating with me throughout the process - since I was not in town, she even went over and gave us a FaceTime tour! Since our place was furnished, she even went over and made an inventory list for us so we would know what was being provided! And to top it off, she met me at the place at 8:30 at night since my flight came in late to make sure I got the keys and do the inspection with me - Jenny is a true professional and partner who delivers outstanding service and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy in the area!!

Jenifer was a joy to work with. I was looking for a seasonal winter rental and she found me very lovely places to look at. I decided on a condo which had many rules and thorough background checks and she guided me through the whole process. She is always available to answer any questions or concerns and I highly would recommend her. As a matter of fact, I already did! I look forward to working with her again in the future! A real knowledgeable pro!!

I loved working with Jennifer from start to finish. She's a local and knows the area so well. She really made me feel at ease with my choice after relocating from the Northeast. I purchased a condo with her guidance and hope to work with her again.
