Linh did an outstanding job helping us sell our house here in Springfield. We went under contract 3 days after listing with a cash buyer. Linh is very nice and responded to all my crazy questions cause I had A LOT. This was the first time I have sold a house but even though it was stressful, it could have been so much more stressful if I didnt have a great realtor. I definitely recommend her!!

We recently worked with Austin to sell our house and upgrade to one better suited for our family. Austin was incredibly responsive from start to finish. He was very patient as we looked at house after house, searching for the perfect one. And very helpful when we had any questions about anything and had great follow-up to make sure we felt our questions were answered thoroughly. Grace was the agent on both the sale of my home and my purchase. I have never felt more confident to have someone fight on my behalf for the best situation for me and my husband. She listed my home in under 24 hours (professional photos included) and after a bidding war, I was able to sell it for more than I anticipated. She was also able to negotiate early possession and a fair price for my purchase. If you’re not using Grace, you’re doing something wrong!
