BEWARE!!! Working with Michael started out great but deteriorated once we started questioning a few of his recommendations that cost us a lot of money out of pocket. I would ask questions and he would answer them to my husband, ignoring me all together. He and the buyer's realtor also colluded and moved the buyer family into our house DAYS before the closing (due to buyer delays) after we explicitly said we were not comfortable with that situation AND refused to sign temporary landlord agreement. He had stopped responding to us and our closing lawyer before all this, which lead to our closing lawyer having to obtain information from us that had been requested from Michael, for the closing process. Michael also called me names and told me f-off in text messages. MUCH MORE but not enough space to post... BEWARE!!!

Michael was the right choice from the beginning to the end of selling our home. Sold and bought many homes over the years and I can honestly say I have never experienced a realtor commitment and diligence as Michael to sell our home and make our dreams come true

Michael went above and beyond to meet every single need or wish my husband and I had when buying a home. He worked nonstop to find us our dream house. 100 % would recommend, Mike was great to work with, has a lot of local contacts and was there every step of the way. Our deal turned from simple into complex because of buyer pull out, and was able to get us another buyer within 1 week. A few unknown/unexpected issues along the way but he managed to work through them. He was a go getter, and stayed in contact as needed. Went above and beyond on some issues and was always willing. Thanks for everything Mike!
