Michael Himmel was everything I could have hoped for in a real estate agent. He was knowledgeable about the area and neighborhood of my house as well as the realistic value of the properties in the area. Throughout the negotiating process he represented my interests while maintaining a common sense approach . He was extremely helpful to me in giving me contacts to help clean out furnishings that were no longer useful to me as this was a seasonal residence. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone selling their house in the South County area.

Michael said that he would sell my house, and he did! Michael is pleasant to work with, very responsive in all communications and extremely knowledgeable of the local Charlestown Rhode Island Area. It is all about connections and being associated with Sotheby's is definitely a plus. Known to sell higher end homes, the external and internal marketing of my property with Michael thru Sotheby's was second to none. Bottom line, would I use Michael and Sotheby's again to buy or sell a home? Yes!

Michael was such a kind, attentive, and quick-to-respond/take-action realtor. We love people who get the job done in an ethical and honest manner, and Michael was exactly that. Also, he was prompt (and who doesn't like prompt). He jumped into our transaction more than mid-way after a rare experience. He provided his expertise and also respected our boundaries regarding what we were seeking/needing at that time. We would recommend Michael to anyone seeking a relator in the RI area.

We recently hired Michael as our buyers agent for a second home on Charlestown Beach that we purchased. He was extremely helpful in explaining the various nuances that come with owning a home on or near the water. His advice and guidance were second to none. I would highly recommend friends and family looking in the Rhode Island South County area to use Michael.
