We worked with Ellen Oaklund on our purchase and sale in Cumberland, RI. Ellen was fantastic through out the process. She excels in communication and lobbying for her clients and that was very apparent. Ellen also has an excellent network of professionals at her disposal which was evident on our home inspection referral. On top of that the Dowd team was a huge help from top to bottom. We received daily updates on the ongoings with each transaction which was very comforting during a stressful process. Colleen had immeasurable patience with me and went above and beyond with every detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors and so much more. Her communication was always consistent and easy to contact.
