My two experiences with Maureen, in May 2012 (to sell and buy) and May 2025 (sale), were truly amazing. Maureen is kind, compassionate, patient, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. I breathed a sigh of relief after our first meeting each time and felt confident that my recent experience was going to be a great one. She cares deeply about her clients, checking in constantly, answering all questions in a timely manner, and has a shoulder for you any time of day or night. For our recent move to a rental property over an hour north, she not only cared about the sale but also that we found an equally lovely home to rent. Maureen is a top notch real estate agent and a wonderful human being.

Working with Maureen was the best decision we made when it came to selling our home and finding our next one. From the start, she was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our family. She guided us through every step of selling our house, making what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. But where Maureen truly went above and beyond was in finding us our new home. She listened to what we wanted, knew exactly what to look for, and never let us settle for less than the perfect fit. She fought for us every step of the way—from negotiations to closing—and made sure we felt supported and informed through it all. Thanks to her, we sold our old home quickly and are now in a place we absolutely love. We are extremely grateful that we found and hired Maureen as our realtor! She was extremely patient with us since we were looking for something very specific for our forever home. Once we finally found our dream home, a year or so later, Maureen introduced us to a mortgage lender that told us about a unique "buy before you sell" program. With this program you sign a contract with a company who agrees to buy the house for you. What's the benefit? The company makes an all cash offer with no contingency of needing to sell your current home in order to buy which is a much cleaner/more appealing offer to the sellers. You then buy the house back from the company once you finally do sell your house plus pay a fee to that company. We strongly believe that without Maureen introducing us to this mortgage lender we could not have been able to buy our dream house so we are extremely appreciate! As hard as Maureen worked in securing our dream home for us, she worked equally as hard selling our previous home at top dollar. She gave us a few minor home improvement suggestions to do prior to listing which we did. She had a photographer take pictures and paid to have them rush the photo editing so that we could list our home a day later. We listed our home, had 6 offers all well over asking, and ended up closed in a month. The fact that Maureen was able to sell our house so quickly meant we could actually buy our new home ourselves and wouldn't need the company to buy it for us. This ended up saved us thousands in fees that would otherwise be due to the company which was our hope! Truth be told, it was a very stressful time for us, since on top of all of that we were moving ourselves with two young toddler boys, and we all contracted COVID during this time. Maureen's personality really helped alleviate our stress with her stress free demeanor. She was always on top of what needed to be done and by what timeframe and relayed that to us to make sure both closings went as smoothly as possible. I'd highly recommend Maureen to anyone thinking about buying and/or selling a home!

Maureen was such a dependable agent to help us navigate our first home-buying experience. We were referred to her by a friend of ours, who recommended Maureen with high praise - we are happy we listened to him! Maureen made a point to attend our first open house with us, and made time to attend several additional viewings with us that day. In sending us initial listings, she was receptive to our feedback about needs and wants and refined her suggested listings accordingly. Whenever we expressed interest in a property - either one she had recommended, or one we found on our own - Maureen was proactive about reaching out to the sellers' agents to find out as much information as possible. When we eventually did put in an offer on our now home, Maureen was highly communicative, and always responsive to our questions and concerns about navigating the process of putting in initial and final offers. As our closing date got pushed out, Maureen was also instrumental to negotiating with the seller's agent to avoid further delays. We highly recommend working with Maureen!

Maureen was wonderful. Always available to answer any questions, even random, panic filled ones late at night =) Very knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling, very easily got us through the process.
