Andrew did an amazing job with helping me find the perfect apartment in Newport. He is friendly, responsive, and so knowledgeable! I wasn't able to tour the property in person but he went above and beyond on our FaceTime tour and made the whole process so seamless and easy. I would highly recommend him!!

Sally is a very thorough, knowledgeable and responsive agent. From the very beginning of the process of looking at condos and homes to the closing on the condo, the communication with Sally was prompt and reliable no matter the the time of day or the difficulty of my questions for her. Responses I thought might take a few days to get back to me on were answered in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Sally’s clear knowledge of Newport and its surrounding areas made my decision making process to purchase where I did an easy one. With that said, Sally’s ability to hone in on the right properties were also due to the fact that she is an excellent listener and communicator. I knew very little about the area but had let her know what was important to me in a property. We did not waste any time looking at properties that were not suitable for me. Sally’s network of attorneys, inspectors , contractors etc. is also a huge plus allowing us to get the process moving along quickly. She was also available to meet with inspectors, contractors when I was not in the area. Sally went well above and beyond to make this transaction seem less and smooth. I would highly recommend her , and already have, to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home and am available to be a reference. Thank you Sally!!!

Sally was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our second home in Wakefield, RI. We were all over the place in terms of what and where we were looking and her experience, knowledge of the area and people skills really helped us zero in on our dream. She is super responsive, shrewd and very insightful. She also was very helpful in walking us through the complex buying process and a recommendation on a great home inspection service. We would recommend her 100% with zero reservations!

From start to finish, she fulfilled her duties as a real estate agent. With Beverly's quick response and accurate tour set up, we were able to find our new home without waste. As a person, she has a good sense of humor, is very friendly and pleasant, and my son really loved to see her. When we sell our our house in three years, we will definitely ask her to be our agent again!!
