Donny went above and beyond what any other realtor had ever done for me in my five previous home sales. In preparing my home for sale I needed assistance from multiple craftsmen. Donny provided contact information for each craft with each able to help me on short notice. His list of reliable contractors was impressive, and without this help there is no way I could have made these repairs in such a tight timeframe. We were in constant communication along the way, with Donny assisting in clearing several issues prior to closing.

Donny is amazing! He helped us prepare the house for sale from A to Z, including referring us to contractors to make necessary repairs and painting, staging the home, and listing. Donny has helped my family with three different houses. Each time we list it, we get contracts signed within a week the house went on the market. We appreciate Donny making this easy and fast for us.
