Kimberly has assisted me with four real estate transactions in the past 6 months. The first transaction was a purchase of a 1/2 acre lot. The second was to sell my home and the third was to buy a home with closings on the same day. The buying transaction was a bumpy road with the seller and almost fell through until Kimberly came up with creative ideas to make it work. The fourth transaction was to sell the original 1/2 acre lot. I originally tried to buy a $4500 lot listed on Zillow but the agent on Zillow did not want to help me with a legit question about its zoning. I then called The Carswell Team out of the blue to get Kimberly on the phone. She went the extra mile to get answers to my zoning question which proved to be a bad listing with zoning problems. I was amazed how hard she worked in my best interest regardless of the low commission sale. I knew after that she would be my forever agent. They seemed to want to sell my house, but I rarely heard from them. They did have quite a few showings. They were good with helping me lower the price a few times. The office personnel were very nice, both on the phone and in person and seemed very efficient about updating the listing, submitting forms, etc.

Getting connected with Meredith was just a lucky chance and we are delighted that we did! We had never set foot in Hickory, NC and we wanted to see a house there on Labor Day. I wasn't sure that anyone would even respond to us on short notice and on a holiday. From the very first, we knew we liked Meredith and we had confidence that she would help us if we decided to go through with the deal. I must add that it was her entire team - especially Kimberly Rogers - that were always there for us throughout this most unusual and atypical purchase experience. They were all completely pros! And, super nice people!

I bought my home with Meredith a few years ago and when I decided to sell it she was my first call. My selling experience with Paul and Meredith was so easy. They are knowledgeable and helped me confidently list my home properly. The whole Carswell team was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely use them again.
