I can highly recommend Annette Abernathy. She stuck with me in a forever home search that took nearly 6 months. Annette listened to my wants/ needs in my new home and was an active partner in my search. She often was available on a moments notice to trek to parts unknown within a five county radius. She even assisted me while she was away on vacation making sure a member of her team was available to help out. She was a valuable asset in market analyisis and made sure that the offers I put forth would not only be strongly considered but accepted. She is a rare find in today's real estate market....ie someone who listes and actively works to get a sale done. I can highly recommend.

Annette was awesome on all fronts for us. We were in Pennsylvania, looking to buy in the Taylorsville area of North Carolina, and she was our feet on the ground. She's knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and just all around a lovely person to work with. We'd recommend her to anyone (and plan to!).

Annette was excellent from our initial contact with her through closing (and beyond). From our first email where we reached out, she was prompt to reply, gracious with her time, quick to set up viewings, managed the offer process really well, communications overall are strong, she really listened to what we needed/asked for but also offered up ideas inside of our requests that we had not thought of. She has been a wealth of knowledge about the community and introduced us to contractors as well as service providers in the area (all those that we have met have been honest and fair professionals). Very professional, solid communication/follow up, very personable, and organized.

I feel Annette is very responsive to her clients in helping their understanding of the properties she represents as well as understanding the local county ordinances.
