Melonie is very pleasant, personable, and professional. All email queries were answered quickly and the entire process went smoothly. At the closing, we were surprised with a large basket of excellent goodies and a "Welcome" sign to hang in the new home. Melonie is highly recommended.

In all my years, I have never worked with a more professional individual. Melonie was always available to answer questions. When problems arose and Melonie was made aware of them, the problems were resolved almost immediately. Her knowledge of real estate and the laws governing it helped me make correct decisions on how to proceed on more than one occasion. For what it is worth, I give Melonie my highest recommendation.

Melonie helped us sell our house and was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the details of each offer we received. She was able to explain clearly what everything meant and that allowed us to make the best decision on which offer to accept. She was also very flexible with scheduling and worked around our busy schedules for the selling process and to show us new listings.

Very happy with Melonie's abilities as our agent. We used her to help find a home here in Jasper for my mother and she listened closely to wants, budget, and locations. What's' more, she was very patient as there are no telling how many homes we viewed before selecting one. I've experienced realtors who lack this trait. Very happy with Melonie and this home. As a second transaction, when we bought here in Alabama, Melonie was the sellers agent, always responsive, and helped drive through the whole process. 5 stars.
