Our experience finding the perfect place to call home on Smith Lake was wonderful thanks to Justin Dyar. We had a lot of boxes to check to find the right house and this also meant taking our time to find the right place. His expertise and intuition was integral to the process. There are many factors in finding the right property, especially if you are not local to the state, and he and his team made the experience very pleasant from start to finish. Justin is known as "Mr. Smith Lake" for a reason! No one knows lots & homes on this lake or the tri-county market that covers Smith Lake better than Justin and his team. Justin always responds in a timely manner to calls, text or email. I highly recommended Justin if you are looking to buy or sell on Smith Lake!
