Melissa is hands down THE best! We had not been in our home long enough to gain equity when we decided to move to a different area. She used her supurb negotiating skills to get us over a full price offer and moved into another home. Now, 6 years later, she still responds whenever we have a question! You don't get that kind of service many places! She will always have our full recommendation!

Melissa is very detailed oriented when it came to sitting down and telling us the seller what is needed to accomplish, in order to get the price we wanted for our homes. Melissa gave us honest critiques on keeping our house decor neutral. All her expertise and professional advice and guidance on what makes a successful sale paid off. Our home sold in 45 minutes was invaluable and priceless. She is an excellent Realtor.

Melissa provided excellent realtor service. We used her to buy and sale our home. She is experienced in real estate sales, she performed thorough market analysis and she listens to your needs and provides honest advice. She worked for us and got our home sold so we did not have to carry two mortgages. I would definitely use her again and I highly recommend her.
